Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging/tags, are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Wrong Item:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item for a quick resolution.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.
